Where are you and when are you open?
Avenida D. Settimio A. Ferrazzetta, 42, in Bissau. Monday to Friday 08:00–18:00 and Saturday 08:00–13:00.
How does buying work?
Sales are completed at the counter in Bissau. You can look a part up and reserve it beforehand by phone or WhatsApp, so it is set aside when you arrive.
Genuine or aftermarket parts?
The main line is genuine (OEM). Where an equivalent alternative exists, we say clearly what it is so you can decide.
How long does an out-of-stock part take?
It depends on the import channel. We always give an estimated lead time in writing on the quote, before ordering.
Will you quote a fleet list?
Yes. Send the whole list in one message — we quote the lines together and flag what is in stock.
What information do you need to get the part right?
Vehicle make, model and year; the VIN and OEM reference if you have them. A photograph of the old part helps a lot.
Do you also sell tools and oils?
Yes: workshop tooling, automotive chemicals, oils and additives, as well as parts.
What languages do you speak?
Portuguese at the counter. This site is also in English and French for regional customers and suppliers.
